Description
Gutenberg is great, but the biggest problem for me now is that I find it very difficult (impossible) to add a custom class to a column (under advanced extra class). When I add the colums block and try to choose the column you want to add the class to, you just activates the paragraph-block.

Thank you for taking the time to create this ticket and provide feedback. Issues with the block editor should be reported upstream on the Gutenberg GitHub repository.
It sounds like the main issue you are having is selecting the actual parent block. I did some searching and there are several issues and pull requests working to address this issue (mainly GB-9628). Because this needs to be addressed upstream in that repository before it can be fixed in WordPress Core, I am going to close this issue out.
