Block Editor: Classic block does not respect insert point for adding media.

Description

Given a classic block with multiple paragraphs, a user would expect that inserted media (such as an image) will be placed where the cursor is within the block. Instead, the new media is added at the top of the block.

This was also reported in github - ​https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/issues/10509.

The issue has now been fixed. I've just re-tested as well to confirm the fix still works, so will close this.
