Gutenberg editor should have borders on columns

Description

Columns are not visible and it should have border for the clear visibility.

Hi

I agree columns and all other inner blocks should have a clear border to define the space they are in.

I made this issue on Github:

What about offering user the choice whether he/she want border or not. A checkbox would work fine.
