Flickr short URL oEmbed doesn't seem to work

As an example, the following doesn't seem to work:

I'm pretty sure Flickr short URLs are a supported oEmbed provider.

This is because that URL points to a gallery, and Flickr only supports oEmbed for single images and single videos. It's unfortunate, but there's nothing we can do about that.

The oEmbed request for that URL is sent as expected, but Flickr responds with a 404 and the message:

That URL doesn't have an oembed representation.

Suggesting close as invalid.

Unless of course someone wants to persuade Flickr to add oEmbed support for galleries and sets and whatever other collective nouns they have now.
