Hey, im trying to run my first Facebook Ad automation. I have the auto setup, but in Facebook Ads manager, this portion of the how to dent seem to exist and im stumped. Any help is appreciated “ call-to-action button that says ‘Send Message’. This button will open up a conversation with the user in Messenger.In the Partner app section, select the 'Select message flow' option. Then, choose Manychat as the Partner app from the dropdown list. Next, select the specific automation in the Message flow.”
I have an automation set up to sens a message on instagram when a certain word written in the comments. It stopped working and I have tried to make a new one, same thing - people comment and nothing is sent. I have no idea why!! Any clues or tips?
I set up and automation and used the limit of words they allow us but when someone on instagram gets my message it comes up with only a little and then … they can’t even click to read the full message. How do I change this?
Hi Community,I have my Many Chats account connected to Wix Contacts through Pabbly Connect. There’s a webhook between the two that’s supposed to create a new contact every time someone sends and email through Instagram. The connection isn’t working and I’m wondering if there’s an easier way to collect emails. I noticed that exporting the list doesn’t work. Does anyone have a solution for this? Thank you!
Can someone please help me understand why my automation won’t start?I made the flow, imported the customers and then tagged them but it didn’t work.I did the other way around but the result is the same. Is there something im missing? or I need to check something?

Hi there, I have a few automations set up with Keyword triggers - very simple email capturing flows. One of them seems to be going off randomly mid-conversation in my DM’s/Story replies. For example I reached out to someone to ask her a question in my DMS and it set off - she didn’t opt in or reach out to me. My keywords are short - PSA, MA & WL. The automation that is randomly sending is set up exactly like the other 2 and they are not randomly triggering. I am wondering if they keywords are to short? Maybe they are being triggered within words. My IG is @Docwishloff

I’m having an issue where my automation is restarted when someone repeats my trigger words. So for example, if the word is ready and someone DM’s me that, and the first message they get is “Here’s the info you’ve requested….” and then later in the convo they say, “thanks for the information, I’m ready to get started” the automation starts all over again and says “Here’s the info you’ve requested...” How can I stop this?!
When importing a CSV file I only partially care for very few, and the structure of the file and the content of the contacts are correct, for example I import 20 contacts and it incorporates only 3, I tried to export 150 contacts and it exports 27, I see the information and preserve good dataIt should be noted that I have the paid PRO version.

I have done the integration and all but can’t seem to find the “User input” that all the YouTube videos I have watched keep talking about. Hi!I currently have a personal instagram account and a professional one that are linked under one email on instagram - in the app I jump between them with ease. Every time I try to set-up Manychat it brings up my personal instagram account with no way of getting to my professional one and tells me I need to switch to a professional account.How do I link Manychat to my professional instagram account if it never comes up?Help? :-)Thank you!

Em outros casos recebi a aprovação imediatamente mas dessa vez já se passaram horas e nada ainda.Eu sei que pode levar até 24 horas mas daí fiquei curiosa pra saber como funciona o processo.Essa aprovação é um processo mecânico ou tem um estágio onde uma pessoa faz a verificação também?Porque é tão rápido algumas vezes e tão demorado em outros momentos?Se alguém souber e tiver videos/artigos pra compartilhar a esse respeito por favor me mandem aqui.Obrigada,Camilla
