It is a given that ID Mobile provide, cheap affordable and reliable mobile services.
My feedback is about a specific issue I experienced, partly as a result of my own fault.
I was using the sim for data, in a vital life sign monitoring pilot, so I did what I needed to do, got it in to a remote location and it worked. Happy Days.
I then couldn't create an online account to set-up a direct debit security checks to pay, as I needed to accept text messages to verify the SIM.
I got hold of ID Mobile, via Currys.co.uk and a chap called Ryan could not have been more helpful if he tried. Straightforward, practical help, guidance and advice to get everything sorted, so there was no disruption to the project.
