Fantastic network really good plan…

Fantastic network, really good plan price's you can change when you ever like!! I've been with id for 2years +, and my last contract was 4 times as much. The only thing was upsetting is the price of using your service out of the EU but apart from that I wouldn never go to another phone company 5 stars for id

Best monthly contract I've ever had

Best monthly contract I've ever had. Tenner per month, 60gb which rolls over each month. Can't fault the 5g works in most places. Only annoying thing is they keep sending me an upgrade offer for £10 per month and 50gb data ... why would I upgrade to a lesser contract. Anyway, idmobile had been great and I won't be going anywhere else for a long time.

Great trouble free mobile experience

Great trouble free mobile experience, would highly recommend, good value great signal (in my area and on my travels). Non nonsense approach to data (rolls over if not used on a monthly basis) and text/call time.

Great Service!

It is a given that ID Mobile provide, cheap affordable and reliable mobile services.

My feedback is about a specific issue I experienced, partly as a result of my own fault.
I was using the sim for data, in a vital life sign monitoring pilot, so I did what I needed to do, got it in to a remote location and it worked. Happy Days.

I then couldn't create an online account to set-up a direct debit security checks to pay, as I needed to accept text messages to verify the SIM.

I got hold of ID Mobile, via Currys.co.uk and a chap called Ryan could not have been more helpful if he tried. Straightforward, practical help, guidance and advice to get everything sorted, so there was no disruption to the project.

Mostly happy but some dead spots

I have been wit iD for several years on a sim only deal. Mostly happy with coverage and price. I did notice a lack of coverage right in the middle of London recently, possibly due to too many other connections? Free service in EU is great but disappointed that Switzerland is not included. I will check network coverage again in the areas I mostly use my phone as good internet connection can’t be taken for granted.

Value for money

Cheap and cheerful SIM only package that is as reliable as my previous “big name” providers. Nothing to fault and often works better to hotspot than my work phone.

So far so good

No complaints about the signal so far but would be interested if I went to South America again, as I got no service from ID mobile there!
My only real issue is the lack of customer service- only by app, no phone service at all. This means you have to use the Complaints process to speak to someone

Review

Overall the service is good, only tjing can comment on as of late the reception has not been as good, not sure as to why? But it does start customers looking at other avenues, as this is the main service we require a 'reception anywhere' where possible!

Out of contract renewal

I was out of contract but decided to get a new contract that gave me more Gigs for the same money. The process was done on the app and it has all worked smoothly. I have been with ID for about 4 years and when I have gone abroad to Europe I have used my phone as if in the uk with no extra charges

Customer for over 6 years…

Have been a customer for over 6 years now on a rolling 31 day contract so that I can change level of data from month to month, as a when required, very useful as well as data rollover. Sadly, over the last year or so, I've noticed that signal coverage in some areas isn't what it used to be, shame really as I'm very happy with ID Mobile overall.

Please take a look at our coverage checker, which will show you what your signal strength should be like in your area, for all of 3G/4G/5G, for both indoors and outdoors.

Furthermore, please take a look at our network partner Three's network status checker, which will show if there is any maintenance or performance upgrades going on in your area. If the website states that's the case, then it's likely that this is disrupting your coverage, and we hope that this is resolved soon for you.

ID's value for money is top notch

ID's value for money is top notch, very reliable and overall great product. The only thing holding ID back is the lack of human support if needed. However, to achieve the costs they have this may be why.

When I had a new phone needed a new supplier as EE whom I had been with for years seem to have no care that I was having problems so found ID, and now a happy phone user .

Highly advise everyone stays away ID…

Highly advise everyone stays away ID Mobile, biggest scam company ive ever come across, can’t understand a single soul at the call centre when you do eventually get through.
Apparently no 5G in the area that i live in, nor in any of the many areas i travel too for work even though their own 5G checker says otherwise. complete waste of time and space total sh*thouse crap hats 🙃🙃

what genuine sim companies are out there that actually have 5G, i don’t care what prices they are now🙃

Absolutely horrendous customer service

Absolutely horrendous customer service. No email address, only a chat service which has a 1 hour wait time. I waited an hour, it connected me to an agent, then disconnected me and put me to the back of the queue again, then eventually disconnected me entirely. The mobile app is buggy and it's impossible to change direct debit details. Literally the worst customer I've ever encountered

Great sim purchased for my son would highly recommend. Great coverage, and very good deal for a young person who loves using his data. Have told others about this sim and great coverage.

A Reasonably Good Service

The service overall is pretty good. Sometimes though, the signal strength in my area is poor and I have to go upstairs to get a slightly stronger signal in order to make a call. Occasionally a call inexplicably drops out. Generally data availability is good but often slow.

Switched from O2 having been with them…

Switched from O2 having been with them for years ripping me off. Bit sceptical moving to I D mobile but the switch has been seamless and absolutely faultless. Delighted. Just should have made this switch years ago.

Sets a very low bar for service

The app doesn’t work, you can’t access your plan when you do manage to log in using a browser. Customer service is online only via a useless bot or consult the community. The complaint section says the phone line, the only contact with a real person, is open till 2000 but when you call, it says it closed at 1800. Avoid at all costs.
