GoDaddy offers a very easy way to create an awesome website. They have amazing templates and AI that allow you to build a beautiful site without any tech experience. Their customer service is great as well. Whenever I’ve had a problem, it’s been solved in minutes. I highly recommend GoDaddy!

Conor gives customer service a great name!

Conor was the very best customer rep I have ever spoken to on the phone in all my 64 years of life. He was very professional, helpful and kind. I had confidence that he could help me with just hearing the tone of his voice. He resolved my issue better than I expected and I will be contacting him in the future as I hope to expand my domain into more.

Customer Service

After 8 years of my 1st website with GoDaddy, I wanted to replace it and needed help with available plans that were offered. The first thing that stood out from my phone conversation with their company rep was her friendly attitude from the start of the call. Along with her enthusiasm of explaining each option, she came across as someone who genuinely enjoyed helping. After deciding on a plan, I wasn't too clear on my renewal rate based on the advertised price but she was never defensive and helped me complete my purchase. She even helped me with tips on how to get started on my new site.

I am breathing a huge sigh of relief!

I recently added two professional emails for business. The default required authentication on them was stressing me out! I could not get it set up no matter how hard I tried. The customer service rep removed that for me and thoroughly tested it before signing off. I am breathing a huge sigh of relief!

Brandon made me experience smooth. I hope if I ever need to call again he is the one I get. He's very patient and very easy to understand when he's explaining to you. He never once seemed agitated no matter how simple my questions may have seemed. I appreciate his help alot.

GREAT EXPERIENCE AND SHORT WAIT TIME

First of all, let me tell you that the wait time. It was amazingly short at under ten minutes for getting a customer service rep. Jason was extremely helpful and he was able to correct and answer my question within five minutes or so in as he assisted me online, getting up the domain name in being able to put it into action that very evening.

My domain had apparently expired and I…

My domain had apparently expired and I was never alerted until a client pointed it out. Spent about 40 minutes on the phone with my rep and holy cow she was SO helpful. Answered all of my questions and was even making jokes which helped keep the stress level down, she was a perfect example of what a quality CS person should be. Also helped with some technical support and never hesitated to suggest another option if what we were trying didn't work. Top notch. She deserves a big fat raise and no we're not related.

Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service! Spoke to Ammaan as I was literally in tears, being a complete technophobe and unable to work out what the problem with my emails was. He calmly sorted everything for me, made me smile and even helped look at my Google SEO, giving me tips to help my website visibility. Thank you so much 🙏🙏🙏

I have just been helped by a wonderful…

I have just been helped by a wonderful man called Amman from GoDaddy.
I had issues with my email and he went above and beyond, unbelievably talented and helpful. I’m not tech savvy and he was so patient and kind. My issue was swiftly dealt with and corrected, no wait, no fuss!
I am amazed because other GoDaddy calls have taken hours not minutes!

Jazz Music from Hell

Had a query regarding setting up my email account on my iPhone. First thing they did was deflect me to an AI bot that was about as helpful as an ashtray on a motorbike. When this farce ended, I was pushed into a queue for a live agent. During the several minutes in the queue, they pumped hardcore jazz music at me which almost drove me insane. I hung up before losing my sanity completely. The person who chose this on-hold music deserves to be dropped from a helicopter. My issue remains unresolved.

Besides Thank you for being youall the notable features go…

Besides all the notable features go daddy has to offer, what sets them apart from all the rest is their excellent customer service.
They have a phone number, you get to talk with truly knowledgeable people, plus help is available 24/7. Amazing!!
Use this company, I guarantee you will not be disappointed

My review is twofold

My review is twofold: call, don't use AI chat.

Antuan was top tier by phone over 1h29m, but I was asking for a full refund for the past 5 months when he picked up because of how bad the AI chat experience was. At least 3 humans and countless AI bots over 2 hours with nothing but frustration to show for it. I was ready to cancel until I found a number and got Antuan!

Absolutely EXCEPTIONAL Customer Care by Shea

My experience with GoDaddy agent Shea today was nothing short of Exceptional. The understanding and care she provided was MUCH needed today as i was very confused by what was happening with my email.

In my opinion, Shea deserves a BONUS for how she handled my technical difficulty. Because of her dedication to excellence and her very human touch, I am greatly encouraged and fortified to move forward with my website development and online services. Sometimes we just need a real human in our corner.

I called customer service with a real dilemma and needed support with my website. The representative by the name of Barry was super courteous and extremely knowledgeable about all the ins and outs of my problem that I was having. The GoDaddy rep, Rafael, was extremely helpful. He walked me through setting up the WooCommerce site step-by-step. He waited on the phone while I gathered all the information needed to complete the setup. I highly recommend GoDaddy!

James was so helpful. He spent time helping me better organise my website which is going to be so much easier for my customers to navigate. Rather than do this himself he showed me how to do it so I can improve my skills. I really appreciated the time he took to assist me.
