I received very personal attention from…

I received very personal attention from your customer service department. I had a problem with the gimbal on the Autel Evo II drone that you sold me. Customer service got me connected with the Autel repair department. in the USA. It was repaired under warranty.

Poor customer service & waste of money.

I bought an ESC board to replace in my Avata.
The ESC seemed to not be working because the solders were done properly, motor had the initial check spin and the rest of the drone was working except the ESC was giving me error constantly.
I contacted support and they told me that no replacements are to be provided for single parts.

I call this a waste of money and poor customer service. I decided to send me drone to DJI repair service which promptly adressed the issues and repair it. Do not waste your money!

Quick to sell, slow to support

While I got charged immediately and shipping was fairly prompt, the post sales customer service was non-existant. My e-mail re. my purcahses was not even responded to, and we were forced to drive to their physical location to get any assistance.

Overpriced Technician Fee

The price of the work quoted to me was not worth it. Half of the balance due was a technician fee (work fee). The rest were small parts to be replaced and were simple plastic pieces to replace that snap on. They even took off my propellers and left them off, and I had to request that they be put back on when picking up my drone.

Exceptional service for Chasing M2…

Recently required service on a Chasing M2 that has been giving me troubles intermittently for a few years now. I was very happy to find that Volatus now has a Chasing trained tech and within 2 days my M2 was returned both repaired and upgraded. The service and communication was excellent and I will be returning to Volatus for all of my Chasing and DJI requirements. Highly recommend.

Good Service

1. In advance phone advice of the likely cause and remedy.
2. Fast turn around for quote and repair
Suggestions
1. Make your web forms easier to use so an invoice and receipt can be more easily provided.
2. My MicoSD card placed in my box went missing. Place the MicroSD card in an envelope for the customer.

Great product selection and very timely…

Great product selection and very timely shipping. Would be 5 stars but the only shipping option was Canada Post Expedited. Shipping was almost 50% of the order price. Some other options for shipping would be great for small, non time-sensitive orders.

Fast and clear response to my message…

Fast and clear response to my message enquiry. My questions were answered by a knowledgeable sales associate. The items were shipped in short order.
A bit disappointed that the props were not available with no expected date. I would shop with them again and recommend others to do the same.

I got it all!

I was able to get the info I needed over the phone and then make sure they had the product in stock and order it right away.
