We spent $36,000 on appliances for our…

We spent $36,000 on appliances for our home and they did not add out $8500 double wall oven to warranty. trying to get through to someone and speak to a real person is impossible. I highly recommend shopping anywhere but here. Once they get your money the communication dies there.

Online order - Great experience

I needed a new dishwasher ASAP as mine broke. I purchased it online and had it within a week. Great communication and the delivery process was very smooth and easy. 10/10 would recommend.

Everything went smoothly

Everything went smoothly. Staff at the warehouse lowered the appliance on the scissor dock to truck level where I could load and strap the fridge safely.

The dishwasher works very well

You helped me pick the best dishwasher for my needs. You gave me a reasonable price for it. The installer came when he said, installed it efficiently and cleaned up afterward.

TA Appliances is awesome!!! Had a damage to my BBQ. Told them about the dent due to delivery, they refunded me $75.00 plus tax! All in all, a great company, with great products!!! Customer service ROCKS!!! Nice people, kind and helpful…. Thank you TA Appliances 🙏🏽

Although we encountered some difficulty…

Although we encountered some difficulty in receiving one of the 3 grilles (back ordered) that was to be shipped from your Kitchener warehouse, Matt was very helpful in obtaining this last grille from the warehouse by having it sent by Purolater directly to our home. Greatly appreciated.

Your new store located on Dundas St is very open and spacious. If we need any new appliances in the near future, we will surely visit your store.

Terrible communication, Awful service

We were so excited when we purchased our appliances and happy with the price. Delivery day came and half of them were missing. We were assured that they had all been shipped, only to find moments later (when they actually checked) that some had been left behind. One piece was on backorder, and we were told that the day of delivery, even though we had ordered the appliances 3 months earlier. we were told to expect it in a month. That date went by, no communication until I called a few days later. We were given 3 more ETA's. The appliance didn't come and the company never bothered to communicate anything with us. more than six months later, it arrived. We specifically asked where to pick it up. When we arrived there, we were redirected to another warehouse. The whole experience was frustrating and very stressful, and could have been avoided if someone had the courtesy to call, email, or text us. Terrible service. Will never shop there again.

Kevin listened to what I wanted and then showed me the appliances that would meet our needs. He answered every question and concern that I had. He was kind and respectful and I appreciated it so much. I was also able to leave the delivery of the appliances in his hands as he worked with our project manager. We are grateful for his excellent customer service.

Friendly, helpful and excellent communication.

When asking for help with ordering the outdoor fridge I found on the website, the response from the salesperson was prompt and friendly and helpful was able to provide me the accurate additional details regarding the delivery date since the product had to be ordered in from the supplier.

All Weber Grill no TA Thrill

I ordered a Weber Kettle Grill to be assembled and picked up. I was waiting for 2 weeks and had not heard from TA. I called and whoever I was talking to said it had been done for a week. The second complaint was that I thought I would be picking it up at the store on Victoria Street in Kitchener. I had to go to the warehouse in the back of an industrial area. Overall not a present experience. At least the Weber works great.

Great selection of high-end appliances

Great selection of high-end appliances. The staff is very knowledgeable and great to deal with. The salespeople are not pushy at all which I really like. Overall I would recommend TA Appliances for anyone looking for a great selection of good quality appliances at a good price.

Terrible Customer Service

When I selected pick up from the store, the items actually weren’t available at the store, but a warehouse that wasn’t conveniently located like the store was. This wasn’t disclosed until the items were ready. Also responded to the email that it would take me a few days to arrange pick up as pleasantly the items were ready sooner - but never received a reply to my email or acknowledgment of it. At the warehouse signage was terrible and no instructions given prior on how to actually contact anyone there. Turns out the day we went there, there was painting and the button to ring inside was covered over. Upon actually calling the store was informed they would call the warehouse and let them know we were there. Someone who I can only guess was the warehouse manager opened the door and seemed to care more about yelling at the poor guy doing the painting instead of acknowledging we were even there as customers. Certainly no service after the fact and seeing how this manger treated his employees there, the painter and ignoring us, never shopping at TA again. I can’t even remember when this was as I’m also only receiving this review weeks after the fact.

No Communication, No Refrigerator

Was told when put a deposit on new refrigerator that there was lots in stock and would be able to have delivery within 2.5 weeks. After 3 weeks and hearing nothing, phoned and was told there is no refrigerator assigned to my order and time of delivery is unknown as all available refrigerators have been assigned to other orders.

I was looking for a new BBQ and a brand…

I was looking for a new BBQ and a brand I was considering had a discount. I was keeping an eye on it when I got an email advertising a no tax event. I called and the no tax would apply to the Brand that I was interested in and it would apply to the discounted price. I ordered one and was able to pick it up a few days later.
