Great customer service
Emma was amazing to help me solve an issue that I created by mistake. I accidentally ordered my daughter’s contact prescription instead of my own. She helped me return the unopened order and get a box of my contacts shipped. While I was so thankful she helped me get upgraded shipping, I will no longer be using Opticontacts due to the amount of time it takes to receive the product - even with priority shipping. If shipping was faster, I would definitely stick with. Something to be mindful of if you get in a bind or need them in a hurry.
