I love the app! It’s so helpful and easy to use. I love being able to organize listings into different categories. We also found our realtor, Sona Bhalla, through House Sigma and she was honestly so amazing to work with and helped us find our home! The realtor was nice. She did seem to make an effort to keep us informed with all the required items. I did feel there was a lot of cancelled appointments found out after arriving to the building. This may have been completely out of her control but it's tough when I need to leave work early to make these appointments only to get there and find out it was cancelled. Overall, it was good. They helped facilitate the deal, but no real help was provided in helping us find a place. We had to do all the leg work to find it.

As first time home buyers we did not have a lot of knowledge about the home buying process. Luckily, we met our realtor Michael McLaughlin through HouseSigma brokerage.
Michael explained to us the entire process of home buying and also introduced us to an awesome team of mortgage brokers and lawyers. Michael is very responsive, we would always get our questions answered within a couple hours.
He explained to us the difference between lowballing and insulting the seller as well as overpaying by getting emotional for a house. It came to a point that we had enough trust in him to ask about the counter offer even during negotiations. He made sure we understood the value of what we were paying for so that we could make a good decision for ourselves.

I was first drawn to House Sigma by the app, which allowed me to view new listings and the history of sales. When a property of interest appeared, I was connected through the app with Michael Scratch.
From the outset, Michael was professional, thorough and knowledgeable. We took a break from viewing listings for a couple of months when the timing didn’t seem right for us. Michael was patient and accepting of our decision. When we resumed our search, he ultimately showed us a property that exceeded our original expectations.
