I really chose Boss than any others in tge market for tge following two good reason.
1. Very strong network connection. Quick, clear connection.
2. I don't have to put the pin number again and again to call a different number. That's very helpful.
Note: one thing negative about Boss,the time it uses for its advertisement is really long and annoying.

The app makes sense, I have been using it for about 2years. They give bonuses during special day like mothers day, IF I recharge. Only need internet service before you can call even if you with you have full credit. You call freely to few and selected countries. No postpaid. Meanwhile, I haven't been able to use any simular app to compare the rate.

It could be cheaper than the present charges.
Love the part that your call do not have to be cut off because you are out of credit during the call.
Auto recharge will take care of that, if you allow it.

In my opinion, while the exchange rate and customer service etiquette are excellent, you need improvement in two key areas:
1. When I send or wire money, it takes about twenty to thirty minutes for the transaction to be processed or approved.
2. My recipients often complain that once they receive the code to collect the money, the system that the banks use to collect the money is too slow and inefficient. Meaning, the computer system goes down too often.

2. I loaded my account but forgot to add promo code for my bonus. I called in to get the bonus, but customer service rep was so curt and unconcerned in stating that I'm ineligible for bonus because I forgot to add the code.

This is the only app I will use to make international calls. I've used it for years and have little problems with it...just one when I try to top up my family's phone it can be somewhat intimidating to me. But after trial and error I've figured it out.

I am still waiting for my accounts to be reimbursed after changing my number. Every info they requested has been provided and yet no results even though they were going to resolve the issue after 48 hours...... it's been a week now
