Ice Machine Fault
I bought an ice machine in April 2023, used it for July and August then put it away as last year's weather didn't warrant the space it took up in the kitchen. I unpacked it again 2 weeks ago but when trying to start it, it kept defaulting to 'ice full' and would not reset. A few emails to and fro with Megan at Adexa, a detailed explanation as to the above, requested I send a video so sent a video of what it was doing and the response is "Out of warranty, take it somewhere else to get it fixed".
I hadn't asked for a replacement, simply if there was some way of resetting the machine I wasn't aware of.
Anyway, I've fixed it by throwing it out of the back door, I'll find a better quality product elsewhere.
