Great product and very solid.

Great product and very solid.

This replaced a previous metal frame shelving unit which seemed to have no stability whereas this is larger and more rigid.

Took a little while to figure out assembly but once it twigged it was so easy.

Highly recommended and a great product.

Professional Sauce Pot with Lid 37L

I bought a 37L Professional sauce pot from Adexa. The delivery said 5 days and it came on schedule. (order placed on the 18th July, arrived on the 23rd July), the pot that arrived was exactly what I needed. I found the experience hassle free. If I ever need to order from this company again, I have no qualms in doing so based on my current experience.

Good quality for the price

Items arrived on time over 2 delivery dates, well packed. Instructions weren’t perfect for the units we needed to build, but we worked it out and very pleased with the finished product.

AVOID AVOID AVOID

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Damaged freezer sent so bent the door doesn’t even close. Refuse any responsibility then extorting customers to send back themselves and pay ridiculous admin and re stocking fees or offer you £40 to keep it and dispose of it yourself 😂 look at the last week alone of reviews, we’re all stating the same issues. The daft ones who send back these items are probably the same items we unfortunate lot are receiving just to repeat the same down the line. Shambles and Criminal!!!

Ice Machine Fault

I bought an ice machine in April 2023, used it for July and August then put it away as last year's weather didn't warrant the space it took up in the kitchen. I unpacked it again 2 weeks ago but when trying to start it, it kept defaulting to 'ice full' and would not reset. A few emails to and fro with Megan at Adexa, a detailed explanation as to the above, requested I send a video so sent a video of what it was doing and the response is "Out of warranty, take it somewhere else to get it fixed".
I hadn't asked for a replacement, simply if there was some way of resetting the machine I wasn't aware of.
Anyway, I've fixed it by throwing it out of the back door, I'll find a better quality product elsewhere.

Ordering was easy and communication…

Ordering was easy and communication about delivery was great.
The metal shelves have served well in our shed for storage. A bit fiddly to put together but good strong shelves that won't buckle with fluids and easy to keep clean.

What an awful company

What an awful company. Sink arrived damaged but as we had not refused delivery as per their T&C,s then this was our fault. The sink was for a catering company and was over £400. I sent pictures to Adexa and they said the damage did not impact on its usage !!!. If I'm spending that amount I would expect it to be perfect, The customer service both on the phone and over email is shocking, they couldn't give a damn and just kept quoting their T&C's. Eventually managed to get a £25 refund - woohoo. Will never be using this poor excuse for a company again and only wish I could have given a minus score.

Purchased a set of fryers

Purchased a set of fryers, within a couple of days had problems with one side cutting out. Contacted support, they kept asking for different videos and pictures of the problem. After a week I phoned them to complain only to be told I had to pay to return the fryers for repair, or I had to get them repaired myself locally. They refuse to allow the items to be returned as they are not fit for purpose. Very rude and poor customer service. I'm now stuck with £300 worth of equipment which doesn't work properly and they are not interested

Avoid at all costs!

Please please, read these negative reviews and buy elsewhere. However tempting their prices are...spend a bit more and use a reputable company.
Item delivered on a Saturday afternoon, unpacked on Sunday. Item damaged. Emailed Monday morning to advise and told it was too late to report a damaged item, so the best they could offer was a £28 refund!
Have contacted Trading Standards and advised of Adexa's T & C's which seem to remove any of your statutory rights.
Shambles of a company. Please avoid them and then hopefully you won't make the expensive mistake that I have.

Product is good, delivery company not…

The delivery driver left the double freezer outside on the pavement on a pallet, during non opening hours without calling to arrange more suitable hours and without helping with moving the item in the restaurant..The actual freezer was B grade woth a minor scratch on one side.
Overall I am happy with the purchase but not with the delivery process

Adexa 3 drawer filing cabinet

I ordered a metal filing cabinet which I did not imagine would need self assembly and nothing on the website indicated it did. Imagine my surprise when it arrived in a smaller than filing cabinet box. It was also damaged and quite clearly not fit for purpose. Trying to return it at the moment.

Impressed by the service and efficiency

Emailed prior to ordering and they confirmed product availability, placed the order and next day delivery and got the items quickly. Good quality and just the ticket for my BBQ/Bar Area.

High backed mesh chair

Product is good for the cheap price, arrived quickly. Packaging could be reviewed to be more eco friendly - lots of plastic bags, box was very bashed when it arrived and a few parts scratched but it doesn't effect it's usage. Relatively easy to assemble but instructions show different number of screw sizes than those that were included.

Rip Off Customer Service

I purchased a Grade B sink unit which was advertised as inspected and fully usable. It can with jagged twisted sharp corners, out of square, broken brackets, distorted out of shape and with legs that wont fit due to distortion and broken fixings. Adexa think this is OK to sell scrap unusable items as fully use able Grade B stock and refuse to put right the issues. Avoid at all costs.

What a shocking company

What a shocking company
Recieved a freezer and the door was broke
Offered £40 discount as they said it doesn’t affect the usage of it 😂😂
They just keep saying that I accepted and their t and c’s state no returns
Told me it would cost me over £250 too return to them for restocking costs and admin charges
Wish I had researched them first

Good seller terrible courier

I like the product and the service from the seller was great. The delivery from Parcel Force was terrible. If I noticed that Parcel Force was the courier I would not purchase the item.

Adexa always quality at the best price

Adexa always quality products at great prices .
i bought from other suppliers for example : professional smoothie blender , I paid over £500 and the blender was rubbish .
I got a blender from Adexa at £150 and it was amazing 🤩 a year on and it still working great even after heavy usage .
I highly recommend Adexa for your catering needs .
