I have been using cloud storage for many years. During this period I tried almost every cloud service and after detailed study analysis based on my personal experience, Sync is best of all, reliable, secure, fast compatible with all platforms and last but not least the customer service is out class. I would finally say it has no match in the market be it media storage, document storage and management. Hats off to the team Sync.

I have been a Freshbooks customer for over 7 years. The new design release was not an improvement. Now they are forcing us to switch to Freshbooks Payments through Stripe. Freshbooks, without my permission created a whole new Stripe account and I am losing over 7 years of transaction history in Stripe. I use to praise Freshbooks, now, whenever I speak with clients or industry peers I make it a point to not recommend Freshbooks and go out of my way to ensure that Freshbooks doesn't receive new business from anyone in my business network. I know this will fall on deaf ears and I'll receive a canned response but this is so frustrating I had to write it somewhere because contacting support is pointless, nothing will be done. Update to Freshbook's reply (2024-07-25). I just noticed that Freshbooks is now skimming a % of every transaction. My statement use to say Stripe on my deposits and it now shows Freshbooks and the deposit amount is less. This will impact my revenue and was not communicated before Freshbooks forced this change. I should be able to still accept charges through Stripe, without Freshbooks taking a cut.

Hired trainer for weight loss / toning. The trainer told me she could help me. Upon receiving her program I requested a refund within a few days. Her technique and ability was like a beginner. Trainer should not offer training, had to dispute with my bank. She sent profile pics into my bank when filing the dispute. I called Trainerize, but never received a response. How unprofessional?

We have been with Nuverb Systems for over 10 years...and have never been disappointed with either the Donarius product or the quality of customer service. Response to any questions or requests are always met promptly and satisfactorily.

Been using for rent and every month is a different price, they charged me late fees of $34.50 8 times for the same month, now i’m owing for a month of rent back in 2022, and luckily i have proof i paid it. They keep switching between company names. sketchy as heck

Their support is pretty bad. It's like they don't read your email. In one message, I asked for account 'B' to be cancelled. I'd set that up as a test. But it had the same name as my main active account 'A'. I had a separate support ticket open with account 'A'. They replied to it saying that they'd seen my request to close my account, as if it was account 'A'. No! Another support experience overnight has me in the very unusual situation where I'm seeking out a 3rd party review site. Because I don't know how else to get a message to Thinkific's leadership: your support is AWFUL. I'm stuck in your platform now, but there's no way I'll ever use it again in the future.

The designer worked really hard with me to create the most perfect planner. I am beyond impressed by his customer service. I checked out a few planners, even bought 2 others and this is the best one by far. I keep everything in all aspects of my life in my planner and am never without it, so this is a really important thing to me. I cannot say enough good things about the hyperpaper planner.
