Details

Refactor the existing media recording mochitests to easily allow for testing the new video codecs we are supporting in the 1.3 timeframe.

In order to do this, we need to require each code in gMediaRecorderTests to specify if it's tested as an audio or video codec & respectively create the right media element based on the codec type provided.
