Seamonkey Help has the title "SeaMonkey Help" but should be "SeaMonkey Hilfe"

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open help
2. look at title of help window

Actual Results:  
shows "SeaMonkey Help" 

Expected Results:  
should show "SeaMonkey Hilfe"

Windows XP & SM are german versions. I don't know if problem exists in the Linux & Max versions too, but I guess so.

Fixed in http://hg.mozilla.org/l10n-central/de/rev/46293c49a00e and http://hg.mozilla.org/releases/l10n-mozilla-1.9.1/de/rev/800982835b7a - will be corrected in 2.0.1.

Michael, please make sure you have this in your versions as well, so that we don't regress it with further help updates.
