Since rebuilding the .msf file for an imap folder throws away information about the offline store copy of the message, we should be removing the offline store when we rebuild the index, so it doesn't keep growing every time the index is rebuilt.

We could try to re-use the offline store contents, but offline store corruption may be why the user rebuilt the index in the first place.

compacting the folder/offline store will reclaim the space, but we should still do this.
