When attempting to save a page or graphic (jpg and gif) from
http://www.ucomics.com/garfield/, www.apple.com and www.google.com download
manager gives a error message with the title "Download Error" and the page ULR
as content. The files are however correctly saved, but Download manager will
give not give the file as Finished but 100% downloaded. Thanks!!! 

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Right Click on file and select "Save Image as" or "Save Page as:"
2. Browse to desired folder and select save

Actual Results:  
Download manager gives a error message with the title "Download Error" and the
page ULR as content. The files are however correctly saved, but Download manager
will give not give the file as Finished but 100% downloaded.

Expected Results:  
Files are added to download manager and its status are either Finished or the %
downloaded so far.
