When clicking 'Save Image as...' on any image you want to save, the download 
manager will show a 'fail' and a messagebox of the host where the image is 
stored while the picture was succesfully saved. Possible duplicate bug of bug 
#143949, this one looks a little alike.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Right-click on any image on any page
2.Select 'Save Image as...'
3.Chose any destination and any name

Actual Results:  
The image will be added to the download manager with a file size of 0 kb, 
progress will show as 'failed', and a messagebox will pop up saying the host 
name where the image is stored. The image IS saved, though.

Expected Results:  
It should not add report the download as 'failed', since the image gets saved. 
It should not pop up a messagebox saying the host either (the messagebox, I 
assume, pops up because the download is failed).

Bug ran with default theme and default configuration.
