Steps to reproduce:
Watch any YouTube video in any resolution
Actual results:
Video hangs. Black screen and all. Only reboot helps (open and close).
If you turn off the plugin Widevine Content Decryption Module provided by Google Inc (disabled)) everything works fine

I expected the Widevine Content Decryption Module to be sandboxed. Does it have access to the GPU?
