Details

Currently the code assumes that all sheets and pages are the same size and orientation, so it calculates ahead of time the scale and position to be used for pages when printing multiple pages-per-sheet. If we're going to support mixed orientation sheets and mixed orientation pages in page cells, we need to do this on a per-page basis.
