User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/98.0.4758.102 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce:

Just using site on Mozilla as common user. I got 2 or more tabs with same site, watching catalog, scrolling news, just using, there is no some method to reproduce this case. A lot of users send me issues about this case.

I have done next changes:

1. go to about:config
2. set dom.storage.default_quota = 102400 or more.

But these changes are help only locally. I need something global, something that can help don't get this error.

Actual results:

Got error (as on attached file), hole site are stops working after this error.

Expected results:

Not get this error. On local machine, I can increase default_quota, but it's not helping me to resolve this issue globally.

Moving this to Core:: Storage: localStorage & sessionStorage, so that our dev team can take a look at this - if this is not the right component, please set it to a more suitable one.
