Steps to reproduce:

Menu/Print to print preview any page, while the system default network printer has some issue.

Actual results:

Firefox gets stuck for a very long time in the "Preparing Preview" pane.

Expected results:

After some (configurable) time, show a warning like "<printer name> taking too long", with options for the user to choose Keep waiting, Cancel, or Switch destiny to Save as PDF.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Printing: Setup' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please revert this change in case you think the bot is wrong.
