Steps to reproduce:

when printing to PDFCreator I choose 'Postscript Custom Page Size' and print when I try printing again the paper size has reverted to Letter

Actual results:

The paper size keeps changing to 'Letter' after each print

Expected results:

The paper size remains as 'Postscript Custom Page Size'

Stopped using Postscript Custom Page Size adjusted the paper size to letter now working.
