[Steps:]
1. Open https://testrail.stage.mozaws.net and use LDAP to login.
2. After LDAP login, when redirected to  https://testrail.stage.mozaws.net/index.php?/auth/login/ input your username (w/o @mozilla.com) and LDAP password 

[Actual Result:]
TestRail: External auth: Bind: Can't contact LDAP server (failed to retrieve user object)

[Expected Result:]
User is logged in to TestRail.

[Notes:]
1. For users already logged in, there seems to be no breakage.
2. If you are already logged in, use logout to reproduce this issue. (note that while this issue is present, you won't be able to re-login, I'd suggest alterntatively using a new clean profile)

This should be resolved. In the future, please needinfo me to ensure I am notified of bugs regarding Testrail. I don't follow this component (though I will now).

Problem is fixed, marking it as verified. 
Thanks :miles. I didn't figure a better component to which to assign the testrail issue. For future reference I will cc you on any testrail related bugs, but maybe on the same note, you can advise on which component the test rail issues are to be reported on.

Now that I know this component exists, this seems like the appropriate place. Pinging me on IRC or needinfo'ing me in addition will ensure that I see what's happening. You did this right - I just didn't see this bug until someone pinged me about it on IRC.
