Steps to reproduce:

Firefox Developer Edition - 60.0b11 (64-bit)
"Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:60.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/60.0"

Try to record audio with MediaRecorder and tag <audio>


Actual results:

Timestamp continues counting after 'Pause' while recording audio.


Expected results:

The timestamp should stop counting after the click 'Pause'.
