At Big Barker, we want you and your canine companion to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a consumer-friendly return policy designed to make the process as hassle-free as possible!

180 Night Trial:

You can test drive your dog’s new Big Barker in your home for a full 180 nights. 🧑

Please Note: Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.

Refunds:

We want your dog to have ample time to fully enjoy and get accustomed to their new bed, which is why refunds are not available within the first 30 days of delivery. (Is your dog having trouble adjusting? See our guide on getting your dog to love their new bed here!)

For obvious reasons, we can not accept returns/refund beds that are ripped, have been chewed, or soiled with urine, vomit, and/or feces.

Exchanges:

Need a different size or model? No problem! Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • Foam products cannot be exchanged once they have been unrolled from their shipping plastic. To ensure correct sizing, please use the cover to check the fit before unwrapping your foam.

Cover Return/Exchange Process:

  • Covers can only be returned or exchanged if they are in unused condition.
  • Returns received without proper authorization may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Damaged or Defective Products:

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us for assistance and we'll swiftly arrange for a replacement or refund to resolve the issue.

Refund Processing:

We understand the importance of timely refunds. Please allow up to seven business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.

  • Please note that customized products, including those with embroidery and Kulkote, cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless defective.
  • Foam products cannot be exchanged if unrolled, as they may lose their original shape and integrity.
  • For international orders: if your return is accepted, we will not refund shipping fees.
  • This return policy only applies to ordered directly placed with Big Barker (if your purchase was made with another business, such as Amazon, your order is subject to the return policy of business where order was placed).
