My parcel wasn't the only thing that's come a long way.

Yodel seems to have come a long way in the past couple of years. Having ordered my item on the Friday, I didn't really expect it to arrive on the Saturday (as sometimes weekends seem to be non-delivery days for some companies).
So I was pleasantly surprised to be notified that it was out for delivery, with my purchase arriving safely and securely shortly afterwards.

Got it this time!…

Actually got my parcel delivered to my address this time. Sorted out the confusion caused with previous parcel, after it being left with neighbour & given incorrect house number on delivery update. Anyway all resolved in the end. Courier is now aware of the number layout on this street. Fingers crossed deliveries should go smoothly in future.

Very helpful driver and great service

Was kept informed of parcel status throughout. I was not at home when the driver tried to deliver, but he called my mobile to ask for instructions and I was able to direct him where to deliver to a safe place for me. The phone call was much appreciated

Safe and sound

Parcel was delivered on time and in good condition (box secure and undamaged, perishables and breakable safe and sound). The delivery driver was professional and courteous. It took me a few moments to get to the door and they waited for me to answer which I appreciated. I have had negative experience with Yodel some years ago (including multiple occasions where a card was put through the letterbox without ringing the bell or knocking and an occasion where a box was left on my front doorstep without knocking or ringing the bell when someone was waiting in for delivery and the contents were stolen). However, if future deliveries are like this one I'll be happy to use Yodel again.

Excellent service

My parcel was delivered in the time slot I was given. I was kept updated from start to finish regarding stages of delivery via email. My parcel was delivered into my porch by the driver and it was well packaged . Very pleased.

Mostly driver they left the parcel…

Mostly driver they left the parcel outside, because companies paying ridiculous salaries so driver don't care,
Second delivery should be on specific time not like waiting whole day. Need to change the management.

Pleased with service received

My parcel arrived in good condition, all securely packed, and the driver was very efficient and friendly. Exactly what customers want from a delivery service - so thank you for good service all round.

Updates on where the driver is & other…

Updates on where the driver is & other info regarding the parcels issues with why there is a delay, overall it was great, no need to worry or call the seller to find out what's happened to my parcel when delayed or not arriving when it should've.

Took a while

Item was a bit late in arriving , whether that was down to delay in transit or original postage . Not particularly well packed , so the box sustained a bit of damage , hopefully no damage to contents

Did not deliver on the day stated

Did not deliver on the day stated. One day late although I did change the delivery address midway through the process. Nevertheless the date promised was not fulfilled.

Delivery was great

Delivery was great, the delivery driver was very friendly and efficient, delivery was on time and the box wasn’t damaged at all very pleased

No Parcel!

The Yodel system states a parcel was delivered to a porch, there is no porch, no-one has rung the bell or knocked at the door nor left a card. The yodel system states left parcels are photographed but I have not received a photo. Also Yodel was closed for the evening and closed Sundays so it will be 2 days before I can contact Yodel.

Missing parcels

Deliver people's parcels to the right place please. You have lost a wardrobe a desk chest of drawers and a bedside cabinet. It says delivered signed by lee?? Not my neighbour and you didn't even leave a card. Also your delivery driver wouldn't answer the phone to me when I tried to call him to tell him I was in hospital
