I've just had a session with Anastasias…

I've just had a session with Anastasias concerning a problem with my websites. He was very attentive and identified the main part of the problem and put this right for me there and then. He did inform me that there was a problem with an email imap on one of the sites, but couldn't identify the right one. He was going to pass the query to the devs who would contact me in due course with an answer. Excellent service from Siteground staff! Again!!

Siteground is a TOP Hosting company!

We've been using Siteground for a good few years now to host a multitude of websites. Hosting plans are well priced and support is excellent. The hosting tools are also easy and intuitive to use. Highly recommended.

After error on my part, I got an immediate and friendly refund

I had set my hosting service to auto-renew, and I had not checked the settings. It auto-renewed for 3 years, the period that I had previously set, but after the fact, I decided I wanted to renew for just a single year. When I contacted them, the customer service immediately refunded my credit card for 2 years. Exactly how it *should* work, but not how it normally does nowadays.

The best support! I had the pleasure to get the assistance from Viktor R. on the exceedance of monthly CPU usage for my website. He promptly helped without hesitation and it was beyond the expectations. The best hosting platform at many levels!

Siteground will automatically renew…

Siteground will automatically renew subscriptions, than charging you 10 times the price for what you normally pay. This is where they take your profit if you don't watch your monthly statements.

Helpful and efficient

The team was great in helping me to migrate 2 of my sites from my previous host. One was problematic due to plugin issues and they used high-tech means to get it sorted and remove malicious files. They were very efficient in getting things sorted within the hour and answering the questions I had.

good customer service

I had some difficulty in figuring out how to work things through their website. Their customer service was quick to respond and very helpful, making sure I had everything figured out and set up before ending the chat. I also appreciated that I could just do the online chat instead of having to call.

You get to talk to humans at Siteground and money spent here goes to humans. Other cheaper hosting companies like Hostinger are run by AI bots. So you can choose to support humans or bots. Your choice.

Excellent and Fast Support from Aleksandar H.

SiteGround's UI is easy to use & you don't have to pay for a separate email plan. Plus, their customer service Is top-notch.

I have used SiteGround on several occasions, going back to 2008. They always have competitive rates with all the services I need, and for my clients, with excellent customer support; I especially love that
Custom domain emails are still included within the plans, whereas other providers charge a significant monthly fee for the same service.

Simply the best!!!

Transferring all of my websites to Siteground was the best move I ever made for my business. The website speed performance boost, built in tools and top class support really take the worry out of hosting websites.
I spent years with cheap hosting that gave me nothing but headaches. I now wouldn't consider going elsewhere.
I've been with Siteground for about four years now and they've never let me down, in fact they've always got my back!
