Firstclass service

The service is firstclass apart from two minor points. I still can't understand why you still send out one small packet in a huge A4 envelope which the post person can't get through the letterbox. Secondly, why do I get reminder emails about re-ordering shortly after just receiving the drug

Fantastic service

Everything about this company and the service they provide is first-class. No more will I stand in a pharmacy queue for 45 minutes only to be told that, contrary to their earlier message, my prescription is NOT available. Never again will I wait in excess of four weeks from the issue of a prescription to the dispensing of the medication. Bravo, Pharmacy2U - you're the best!!

Very happy customer

I have been using P2U to dispense my regular prescription for about 2 years. I order my meds online, the script is sent to P2U, once approved by my GP and a few days later Royal Mail deliver my medication.

Their communication is brilliant, I’m kept informed of every stage of the process and on the odd occasion there has been an issue it has been quickly resolved.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend P2U, this service has literally been a lifesaver for me.

Receiving a Prescreiption for the first time.


My first experience of dealing with Pharmacy2U has been very good. They were very informative, helpful and assuring. I received my prescription on the day arranged. The only thing that seemed a hitch at the time was that the Royal Mail sent me an email saying my prescription had been delivered. I looked for it in the place I had designated for it to be left, as I was going to be out, but it wasn't there. It was delivered to me after I had returned home and within the time zone the Royal Mail had designated, but for a short while I began to wonder what had gone wrong.

Same story

Same story. Delayed medication. This time my blood thinners which keep me alive after suffering two strokes. Not that your disembodied data collector cares about hence why I'm reviewing you whenever I have a bad experience and hopefully it will keep others away.

Also I submitted my request over a week from today and right now it's still being packed. But what's a delay in medication going to do? Just relax and try not to have another stroke.

I have a notification at the top of my…

I have a notification at the top of my account screen stating of a delay on my order and cannot seem to delete it. Neither am I able to delete any of my very very old forflled orders. I never log out either as I don't know my password and certainly don't want to mess about incase I can't get back in.

A very convenient way to get your medication

When you are elderly it’s a real chore to pick up prescriptions, so it’s lovely to have my prescriptions delivered. I find it easy to order on line, & it’s so good that I don’t run out of my medication, & it’s delivered on time, thats really appreciated. Julia

First class service

The service oh Pharmacy2U is first class. I recommend their service constantly. It is so easy to receive medication from them. They even send a reminder to request my repeat prescription, they submit the prescription to surgery and prepare and send me the item in good time. I have never run out of medication since using Pharmacy2U. All I have to do is request the repeat prescription - it is so easy. Fabulous, quick first class service.

The service is amazing alway on time…

The service is amazing alway on time and the reminders are so helpful.
So much better then waiting in cues at chemist and waiting for doctors the give precription.
Don't know what I would do with out this service thankyou.

I have recently switched to pharmacy to U after a friend recommended it. I have been so pleased with the service and the fact you deliver the medication. It was becoming a nightmare to stand in Boots in a queue for a long period of time . Thank you.

I like the service, but...

I like the service. It's easy to use, convenient and relatively quick.

What don't like us when you send me something different to what I ordered. For example, I have just received yet another box of Theoloz duo gel capsules when I have ordered Hylo night eye ointment. This happens regularly. This makes a big difference.

Great service for over 5 years

Have had repeat prescriptions for over five years and can honestly say it has been hassle free. Could not do without my frequent reminders to order my prescription. Good communication, order tracking and safe delivery.

They send a reminder every month to…

They send a reminder every month to reorder. They keep you up to date with how the order is progressing and tell you when it's been released for delivery. The Post Office then tell you time and date of the order.

I downloaded the app very easily

I downloaded the app very easily, but needed some help to navigate the system, however now up and running and received my first order. A really good system and pleased that Royal Mail are stepping up.

Can’t get through to speak to anyone.

I’ve had 2 orders absolutely no issues at all. Placed my third order and when I’ve checked the dispatch email it has my doctors address instead of mine for delivery. I’ve tried to call, online chat and email all afternoon to correct the mistake. Online chat was closed at 4 even though it’s advertised opening till 5, phone lines closed at 17:50 even though the automated message says they’re open until 8.
