There is something fishy going on....
The reviews on Reddit for this product are all negative. Especially when comparing the product to the ads for it on Facebook.

I don't trust the reviews on Trustpilot for this product. It doesn't add up.

It‘s not working so well

Shipping was no problem, everything was OK. But the toy doesn't encourage playing at all, it doesn't roll, it just bounces roughly on one spot and doesn't move smoothly.
t's not what its looked like in the advertising video and unfortunately doesn't live up to that expectation

A really good experience

The company was pretty quick in delivering the Wloom.
I really liked to be updated about the staus of the delivery.
Also the letter of how to improve the experience with the Wloom for the cats is a great idea.
Btw. my cats love the Wlooms

Happiness

Very nice product and it is all very good but one slip up which I noticed is that the correct address was not on the package and as such my delivery went to the ground floor rather than the 10th floor. The unit number was right but not the floor. I am very happy now that I do eventually have my product.

Excellent after sales service

I purchased the WLOOM toy and my cat loved it. Unfortunately after a few weeks, the toy was defective and couldn’t move on its own with the different programs. I wrote to customer service of my concerns and they were very swift and effective in dealing with the issue. They sent me a new one as a replacement and I was very happy with the after sales service. Thanks to Patrick from the customer service team for resolving my issue swiftly

Got some issues not with the item but…

Got some issues not with the item but with delivery (the parcel was stuck somewhere and we were endlessly waiting) which was promptly and professionally solved by Alex from customer care who decided to send us another item for free! We then finally received the item we had ordered. Our cat is happily playing with it. Just a bit nervous at the beginning, then he understood how to deal with it.

My cats love the powerball

My cats love the powerball 2.0, others scared them but they love playing with these.
Had a Problem with charging them, but the support was really fast and good, turns out its important to use the original cable.

Powerball 2.0

The toy for our Cats that i ordered is great. The Cats like it even though they were scared of it at the beginning. The toy seems to have a good overall quality with a good accu.
Although i have to say that the shipping took its time because it had to travel from China to Germany.

4 cats were nothing but scared

That toy sounds like a great idea but its so noisy and the lights are too much. Our cat was just scared so we brought it to the neighbours house and the three cats were also scared. So I spend 20 Euro for nothing, what is annoying but that our cat still has no toy when he is alone is much more sad.

Great customer service

Great customer service. Reached out as they needed more info for their shipping service so a few emails later and a meow back to my cat my package should arrive soon.
