It's great to receive money off from your purchase through the perfume shop rewards. We also received lots of free samples which was great as it wasn't fragrances that we'd ever thought of purchasing. Extremely fast service. Ordered on Thursday, due to receive on Saturday. Will order again.

Exceptional company and customer service. The Perfume Shop online offered today amazing prices at least 20% cheaper than anywhere else.At purchase I made an error at checkout and accidentally defaulted back to standard instead of next day delivery. I contacted customer services to see if they could help me fix. Olivia, Kara and Keeleigh all deserve a special mention, fast lovely response on whatsapp, did everything they could to help me resolve as my purchase was a birthday gift. But what was really nice is you could tell from their messages their care about helping and making things right (even when it was me the customer who made the fault) . Looking forward to giving gift (on time now) to my friend.

We went into Sheffield Meadow Hall and was served by Keeley. She was excellent helping us with choosing an aftershve for my son. Can highly recommend. Nothing was too much trouble. I even went away with a sample of Daisy for myself.

I’ve been wearing the same perfume for years - Ralph Lauren’s Romance - and I just couldn’t believe the price at The Perfume Shop! I snapped up the 100ml bottle thinking that the price would change at checkout but no, it didn’t!
The packaging was done well and the speed of delivery was fantastic. I’ll be back!

From somebody who has been using The Scent Absolute for her a number of years, I was disappointed to find it so hard to buy online and assumed it had been discontinued. Then I found it on ‘The Perfume Shop’ and paid the normal price of c. €70 for 50ml. Without question, perfume, even though in realistic packaging was a copy and not only didn’t have the intensity of the original perfume but scent it did give off faded once sprayed. Sickened and will never use ‘The Perfume Shop’ again.

The perfume shop has some great offers available on their website. I ordered cologne for my father last week, the delivery was quick and the product arrived in excellent condition. Overall very pleased. Will definitely recommend to anyone who wants to purchase perfume/cologne.

Some of the aftershaves/perfumes are are not immediately evident so use the search function. Prices are good and delivery was as promised. Easy process and a couple of samples thrown in for free. Excellent.

Bought from The Perfume Shop St George’s shopping centre Preston. Really helpful, knowledgeable staff. As they didn’t have any stock of the perfume I wanted they ordered and delivered to my home address, the order came super fast!! Highly recommend this store. Thank you!!

Great customer service, Harley knew what I was looking for and ordered the item for me. No hassle and really pleasant. At the Dior counter elsewhere the assistant had just shrugged her shoulders. I know where I’ll be shopping in future.

No tracking number provided by them for my delivery (they were notified by Royal Mail, I wasn't) which meant the parcel was delivered to the collection point almost a week before I was informed. I had to contact them for the information as they did not supply it as I expected.
The product itself is very very disappointing. The parfum is apparently stronger than aftershave which accounts for the extreme expense. Not in my case. I've smelt stronger mouthwash.
I'll never use these people ever again. What a disaster. Steer clear is my advice!!!

I visited looking for a specific Boss fragrance after Boots and Lohn Lewis were out of stock. Tom (I think) served me and had impressive knowledge of the range and the differences, though also out of stock he placed an order for me and it was delivered to my house 2 days later – excellent customer service. Tom in particular deserves regogniiton.

Visited last week to look for perfume for my granddaughter. Received some excellent service from Diana who took time to discuss our options. She was very professional and friendly, giving us her time in spite of the obvious pressures of other waiting customers. Our granddaughter was delighted with her present.

Had a lovely experience in The Perfume Shop in Clarks Village in Somerset. Was served by Margo and she was so dedicated into finding me my right aftershave. Took her time with me, understood what I was looking for, I was in no way forced into a decision and it was clear all she wanted to do was make sure I was happy. Bought some aftershave and love it and she also sorted me out with one of their deals along with a tester. There was no problem ordering my aftershave. But as I ordered my item to a local store I waited patiently for an email informing me when my order was ready to email. I didn't get any email.This has put me off ordering online as I expected to receive a message saying my order was in store.
The assistant in the store when I went to see what was happening apologised for the mix up.
This has happened to me in the past.
