I will never use Tarifasdeal again. I made a reservation on Sunday did not hear from anyone until I called back on Wednesday by then they stated I owed another 200+ after already paying the initial price showed. Want you to do review before getting product. Never received anything for their mistake.

I had Ron assist me with my trip, he helped fix the issue from the beginning when I first purchased my tickets and found out we had to change flights. He was patient with me ( I was upset) while he navigated how to make my experience better. Then a few months after our first encounter, I had a dilemma that I came back to him for his assistance on. This man went ABOVE and BEYOND for me and my friends. He worked hours on trying to resolve this issue and make our experience flawless. I want to say thank you for your time and efforts Ron, they didn't go unnoticed.

Everything was wrong from the beginning. My mom who is in her 70s ask me to get a ticket for her to go to Jamaica, on 07/26/24 during my search this site popped up to make a long story short the ticket was originally $657.47 but there was no where on the site to put in seat or baggage information, however they called and charged us $162 for just seat and carryon when I ask the rep what about my other luggage he said I have to pay separately at the airport any way he want to change her flight date for another and because the original flight was no longer available or can i take a connected flight. I was furious i told him no cause my mom is older and she can't endure that, I ask why are you doing that to us he then caught an attitude with and said ma'am if you don't do this with now you I'll only have a flight coming back from Jamaica. I said cancel.my flight then, he said it nonrefundable, so bottom line we call the bank and stop the payment. It's a scam

Paul made every effort to make sure that our tickets were exactly what we needed and for a good price. Both Paul and Krispy worked with us to answer all questions and to make sure we were satisfied with their service.

Booked a flight from Jacksonville NC to Newark New Jersey in the morning of July 23 2024. I got a call from a person telling me that I needed to pay another 190 $ in order to have a seat, carry on anything other than my phone or to check any luggage. I thought it was a joke. DON'T BOOK WITH THIS RIP OFF COMPANY. Wish I had read the reviews before I booked. I wonder if American Airlines know how these people are using them?

I received my tickets. Even they were polite to me I was not satisfied, because when I made the reservation on line I paid 278.00 but when they called me few hours later I had to paid total 549.00 because they said that the airline had increase the price.

PROFECIONAL SCAMERS. They sell the air flight for the best price in the web and then after you pay they send you an email to call back. After you call back they invent some story about some of the flights did not confirm so they make you buy a new flyght. The first person i spoke to said the flight going was not confirm. The second person i tak to said the flight coming was not conform. You will never get your money back. Stan, he said he was, said it will be an extra 90 per person for a total of 360... and when i check my visa the charged me 870. No authorization whatsoever. I end up paying more than doble.

This is a complete SCAM!!! run as fast as you can Anything thats to good to be true usually is not, I just wanted to see how far i could go....Disgusting!!! Call your CC company or bank and report it ASAP!

The processing is too long just purchasing the ticket. I have trouble communicating with their agency. Because they keep on getting hold. Lot of info need to provide then lead me to the final person michelle who asked me to give a review just only because she smoothly provide me the confirmation e-ticket. Of course I would say yes but the whole process of purchasing is a mess.

So far customer support was good and understanding but they make you do the survey before they finish up your purchase. The prices are not the best either but I’ll be back for a further review once the trip is over. Something don’t feel right about this transaction.

Zara and Michelle were highly supportive! Zara especially was most patient with a senior challenged by the correspondence as I an not very tech-savvy and very slow to complete tasks.
