The parcels were all packaged well, it was prompt delivery and when I returned some of the items, it was very easy to do on the app and the money was back in my account within a couple of days.
I will definitely be using SHEIN again.

Sorry to give such a low star rating but I placed an order with Shein on 10th July,then I received an email from them saying my parcel could not be delivered as the delivery company did not have sufficient details for me despite Shein having all my details correctly. When I tried to contact the courier company, the tracking number as provided by Shein was one digit short so the couriers could not help me. I am now left with no products nor a refund and am not having any
luck contacting Shein!!!!!

I am plus size and I find shopping with Shein is brilliant as the clothes you can purchase in the curve section is lovely and I always get compliments on how nice the clothes are. I find shops do not cater for plus size and if they do the clothes don't have shape but with Shein they do. All categories in shein are really good. Highly recommend and delivery is quite quick now

Never had any problems with shein. Everything always arrives when it's meant to, sometimes earlier. Clothes/items are always great. Returns are easy to do as well. So many products to choose from.

Before it was dubious what you would receive but they have upped their returns policy , it’s quick and your money is very quickly returned which makes your order process easier without worrying about the purchases.

The products are nice, and fitting are alright, sometimes the delivery is very quick. Other times, the delivery is quite late due to that u can't exchange or order again.

Got some bits for holiday, long wait but cheap and reasonable quality. Don't know if I would buy clothes for normal everyday use, but for holiday and then chucking good value.

Paid the extra for quick delivery, and it came very quickly, within 5 days. One of the necklaces ordered for a teacher gift was shown with a poem and box and it did not arrive like this, it was just a tangled necklace in a tiny plastic bag. So that couldn't be used, but the other gifts were great for the price.

Never received my parcel. The courier Evri took a fake photo and said parcel was delivered. The pic taken was not even of my front door completely different door. Evri is aware and have done nothing about it even though they know the couriers photo taken was fake and not even my front door. They do not care.

I have been waiting for two items from SHEIN ordered around 2 weeks ag and still haven't appeared. Evri is the courier completely unreliable ! Can not get in touch with SHEIN to see if I'm getting a refund no contact details provided by SHEIN! Disgusted!
