Bluehosting Bad Orange Hosting Good

Greetings, I am coming from Bluehosting where they recently charged me $590 for 3 years of hosting on auto renew. This was something like a 10X increase to a loyal customer - fraudulent and shifty. I hope marketing leverages this review.

We'll the first month 2023 is good for…

We'll the first month 2023 is good for me I feel excited to learn more about my plan for digital marketing..it suddenly changed the plan I got a new job and goes well..then my interest stop for having digital marketing.honestly i can't say more about your services. At my 2nd month last year I never used my dönem account. Hoping next opportunity in the future I can learn and used more on your services.

Perfect Customer Service

Perfect customer service. I was so impressed with their rapid customer service response. If I'm to rate their response speed, it's 10/10. At time I'm wondering if their never sleeping. Write this guys at anytime, you will get an immediate human response. Not a robot ooh. I mean human response. Fully recommended to everyone.

I've had no major issues throughout my yearly subscription period.

I've had no major issues throughout my time (yearly subscription), which I renewed recently. Initially in the first year, some small glitches here and there while making sure the e-mail settings are set right (which is pretty normal btw), and customer support was prompt. I was overdue by a week or so in renewing my web hosting, and they did not rush to discontinue any services, which is highly appreciated.

I was amazed by the fast reaction and…

I was amazed by the fast reaction and resolution!! I bought the absolute cheapest hosting solution on the market and honestly I didn’t expect much but on my 1st necesity (ibstalling a free security certificate for my website) the reaction and resolutions of the support department was absolutely amazing! By the time I noticed my email the support department had responded and the certiticate was allready installed! (even though there was no public information on the availability of this feature)
So far, as a very early user, I am blown away by the quality of this service! 5.5 starts from my side

payment system through paypal is not…

payment system through paypal is not working well for part payments and obviously no way that orangehost tracks small payments from paypal... fast to suspend service... not so fast to read the tickets

So far satisfied with their services!

I am a newbie to website design, so I can't comment much. They provide WordPress installation, and the price is attractive. I heard a lot of good reviews, so I signed up. If you are new to website design, you should go for orangehost, for their price is exceptional low.

I liked the fast track process with which the payment was processed and the hosting service provided.

Best customer service and cost

The level of customer service is impeccable, with fast responses, consulting, and even helping me get out of a terrible hosting provider. I now have six websites hosted with Orangehost, and I wouldn't change them for nothing. The five stars are not enough to express my gratitude to them.

Much more than what I expected

It was easy to sign up and get going. Subsequently, I contacted them a handful of times for support with my questions. Their response was always within minutes. Their control panel is excellent. Their dashboard is well designed. After what I have been through with my former hosting service, OrangeHost is a pleasure to work with. And their invoices are very clear about what you are paying now, and what you will be paying next year.
Summary: Highly recommend it.
