Great customer service

Emma was amazing to help me solve an issue that I created by mistake. I accidentally ordered my daughter’s contact prescription instead of my own. She helped me return the unopened order and get a box of my contacts shipped. While I was so thankful she helped me get upgraded shipping, I will no longer be using Opticontacts due to the amount of time it takes to receive the product - even with priority shipping. If shipping was faster, I would definitely stick with. Something to be mindful of if you get in a bind or need them in a hurry.

Prompt, Friendly Service

After waiting a few weeks and no contact shipment delivered, I called the company and was met with a friendly tech, Francis, who was courteous and helpful throughout the call. He made the re-order a 2-day Fedex, which I am very grateful for!

Beware their autoship

These people charged me for an auto-ship I never authorized or requested! What a shock! Ordered from them once and that gives them the right to charge me in perpetuity?!

Exchange was a breeze!

Great price matching!

I reordered contacts a few weeks ago. Reordering was super easy, they arrived quickly, and the product is great. I noticed today that the online price was about half the price I paid so I sent a message to customer service about an adjustment. Tony B quickly looked over my order and was able to process a refund for me. I feel confident in the customer service provided by Opticontacts and have found they always have the best price.

Bad advertising and deficient website, but excellent customer service on the phone.

I agree with another review that I read here that the coupon offer seems to amount to false advertising to reel you in, because other charges raise the final price almost back to the original price which is inflated from the quote I got with my eye doctor. Also, when I wanted to add my prescription to my order, there was no easy or clear way to do that on the website. That said, when I called customer service, I had excellent support from Diana. She was helpful, professional, accommodating and efficient, and she is the reason I am giving four stars. When I was concerned about getting my order before I leave on an upcoming trip, she even upgraded my shipping at no charge and made sure the order got shipped the same day.

WOW!

WOW!! this was such a surprising experience as you don't receive customer service like this much anymore. To have the outreach so quickly after my comments, to the contacts being re-ordered and expedited I am thrilled.
Your service rep was professional, able to accommodate without having to escalate which is impressive and overall nice to deal with. WOW!!

Francis is the BEST!

I was a little confused about uploading my prescription because I didn’t see it change from old scrip on the order, so I called in on their 800 number. I held less than a minute and spoke with Francis. He was so nice and helpful. It was refreshing. He helped me upload my scrip, made sure it was correct, and expedited the order because I was worried I wouldn’t get them before I went out of town. Great customer service! I will order from them again! Thank so much, Francis. I was having a rough day and you made it so much better❤️

Such excellent customer service!

I made a mistake in ordering. Customer service was kind, patient, compassionate, and so helpful! I received a return label (for free return), credit for my replacement order, an excellent price adjustment, and am expecting the replacement soon (free shipping on this, too). I’m so glad I’ve reordered from this company.

Saw advertised price on contacts with a…

Saw advertised price on contacts with a coupon for $15 a box . Went thru the whole process of ordering get ready to check out says total is $111 total. Then hit ship order and then that page said $247 .They added on a $89 processing fee and $19 shipping . So I then wanted to find out if they charged me $89 processing because they gave me coupon discount so I made an order without using a coupon paying full price for contacts and the processing fee dropped to $14 with free shipping . So they are false advertising because if you use coupon code they get it back by charging you a high processing fee . The contacts were the same price either way. This practice should be against the law
