I ordered a vape to be delivered but i I…

I ordered a vape to be delivered but I wasn’t there and the company can not leave in my safe place as magic apes do a code system that you have to give to the driver! I explained all this to magic apes that I won’t be there for 2 weeks and they said nothing they can do about it! If not delivered it will be sent back and they will refund me minus postage and return costs???? None of this my vault no asking if I wanted a code postal set up

A plus customer service

A plus customer service, very easy to use warranty claim system and correspondence was quick. My malfunctioning device was issued a replacement quickly free of charge after submitting a video of the device not working as intended.

I saved up for 9 months for the volcano…

I saved up for 9 months for the volcano .finally ordered it and was sent a box that had been emptied with the grinder left in .what the he'll i am not accepting this. I've made a ticket to customer service for help but there's no number I can call UK314917 is my order number .I just checked the box's again and I'm not sure if this is part of the package but there's 3 refresher chew bars I'm the box where's the actual product I ordered .

Ordered from Magic Vaporisers as a…

Ordered from Magic Vaporisers as a present, device came and worked perfectly! Sealed box and quick shipping.
Unfortunately after a month the device became un-responsive and would no longer take charge.

After contacting customer service, I was asked some general troubleshooting questions and to supply a video of the device not working.

Unfortunately as this could not be resolved. A replacement was issued. This issue from customer service was over 2 days.

Fantastic customer care and very friendly customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Shout out to Liza and Alicia for being fantastic and getting everything resolved Asap.

When my vape malfunctioned I wasn't…

When my vape malfunctioned I wasn't sure what to do as many of the companies are based in U.S or Canada but I contacted Magic Vapes and they were able to assist me in record time. Contact was quick and they honoured the warranty quickly and efficiently. Great customer service. Thanks.

I’ve recently purchased a dry herb…

I’ve recently purchased a dry herb vaporiser from Magic Vaporizers, and I would highly recommend using this company if you’re looking to buy any kind of vaping equipment . I found their service absolutely faultless , and most likely the best company I have purchased this kind of product from.
Highly professional , very competitive prices , very fast delivery and superb communication from start to finish .
I’ve used other company’s online to buy vaping products , but magic vaporizers is by far more superior than any of the previous company’s I have used .

Excelent customer service

Excelent customer service. Timely responses from the MV staff and evertything quickly solved (I purchased several times from MV and had once problem with the delivery company and once with a non-functional charger. In both cases the problem was solved quickly and to my satisfaction)

I can highly recommend

I will definitely order again if I will need anything. Quick order processing and despatch. Great customer service, quick answering - Alicia very helpful. Device working correctly, one security label on device box, peeled off but did not notice anything was repacked and I wouldn't say it's some scam like I saw some previous statement about that. Best price, really happy I switched to desktop. Colder air a lot better for lungs and material is not burnt after session.

A+ Customer Service

Bought an expensive Tinymight2 and was originally wary of the negative reviews…however, my experience has been absolutely perfect thus far. Everything arrived in excellent order except for a glass bubbler which was broken. I emailed Alicia and she had answered my email within 30 minutes and immediately despatched a replacement. What more could you possibly ask for? Delivery was next day with DPD. A+++ all round

Brilliant customer service

I've ordered a few devices from Magic Vaporizers, always fast delivery and the sweets are a nice touch.
Customer service are amazing too, having recently had an issue with a faulty unit, I was extremely grateful to Alicia for her help and am really pleased with the replacement.

Rubbish vapes and service

This company sells some extremely sub-par vaporisers. That's three I've bought, treated them with care, and they've still broken within an unacceptably short time. You don't expect ones under 100 pounds to last a lifetime, but the latest one didn't even last a month before it went on the blink. And I'm not even a heavy vaper!

Also, you can be sure, if anything goes wrong, their customer service team will NOT be there to help you.

Avoid.

Great customer service!

I ordered an Arizer Solo II from Magic Vaporisers a few months ago and they delivered it quickly and without issue.

I had been using it for a few months and suddenly started getting an "Error 7" which stopped it working completely, I contacted MagicVaporisers for an RMA and they replied within a day asking for a video of the issue. They communicated with Arizer for me and after I provided the video they approved the RMA the same day. Great company, if i buy another vape, it'll be from MagicVaporisers!
