Purchased an item on 26 June 2024. Received an email on 28 June inforrming me that it had been sent, but no tracking number provided, or name of courier company. Still haven't received item as at 17 July. Have left messages on website, via 3 different email addresses, called their number etc. No response. I do not recommend this company. Dodgy.

I paid extra on 1 July for fast delivery and unfortunately I am now leaving the country - on 10 July - before the purchase arrived. This means the purchase will now have to be sent on to the UK at further cost and delay. It should be much clearer at order stage that express delivery is not possible

Ear clips appear to be good quality and just what we needed for our micro current device. For bigger ears, which one of us has, they could still be a little longer especially if attaching to the concha, however I don't think any longer ones are made anyway. Arrived in a timely manner. Thank you

Shipping is fast and received items within 3-4 days. I had a few questions, especially on how to pause the machine and Team Mia responded quickly. I recommend buying from Homemedics.

I am extremely happy with the Homemedics hypoallergenic replacement pads for my tens machine. I had tried other pads from two different companies, and they created an allergic reaction (ie red itchy rash) on my skin that took two weeks to heal. I can use the Homemedics pads on my skin for a lot longer than the others, and I have no skin reactions whatsoever. They are slightly more expensive, but definitely worth it.

Extremely fast service with top quality products. As a 53 year old person with a disability called Cerebral Palsy. I have been working with FES devices since 1995, adapting them to my therapy mask and skeleton, The FES devices that I purchase from Homemedics are amazing. Thanks Graham.

I purchased a ComfyStim tVNS Custom TENS EMS Machine Bundle, for personal use with the view to recommendation for patient use. I see so many people with anxiety or chronic stress that impacts their health. Developing vagal tone is an alternative to meditation/mindfulness (but still always recommend these!) for those who just can't (yet!). I use HRV software to monitor the improvement, and so far it's showing great results.

Purchased a TENS machine with additional pads to deal with some back pain issues. The TENS machine turned up with the standard pads, and is awesome, but the additional pads were missing. After following up with “sales” repeatedly over 2 months for the missing pads, I eventually gave up chasing them.

Thankyou so much for the support I needed when my parcel didnt arrive on time.. I appricate the follows up to Australia Post. I didn't realise that their was a help section on the website so thankyou for guiding me their. I understand Australia Post is out of your control but I do appricate your help. Cant give 5 stars as I have had a very stressful morning calling Australia post myself as their was something very very wrong on their end but 4 is still good. As for my first parcel very happy with all the stuff I recieved have not tried it yet as was waiting for this other stuff to arrive first but I got everything except the mannual or guide on how to use the item. I guess the internet will do.

product was better than described to me. easy to use and actively using it now every 4 days.
was so great to use on my neck and shoulders ahhhh man that was awesome. need to try on more body parts but I will. O used on my tennis elbow, worked a treat for me only need to use it every 5th day odd very cool.
staff are great and I very much appreciated the open communication via email.

I ordered on 26 December and received it on 29 December which was surprisingly quick due to Christmas.

I have a back injury which means I have a lot of pain and painkillers aren't successful. Using the TENS alleviates the pain straight away. I am really impressed with it

I found the website a bit misleading. I was ordering Tens Machine Pads that usually come as a pkt of 2 ( that way there is a pad for each electrode). But instead of receiving the 20 packets I thought It was purchasing, I only recieved 10 pkts ( as the packets of 2 are counted as 2 individual pads). Be aware, they are sold as each pad and not each packet.
