Birlasoft Alumni Network is the official Birlasoft Alumni engagement program to enable our former Birlasoft employees (On-Roll / FTE’s) to remain connected with Birlasoft and each other

The advantages of membership are manifold:

  • Explore Birlasoft career opportunities & share your referrals (Referral Bonus is not applicable to Alumni’s)
  • Leverage alumni services like requests for Payslips, Full and Final Settlement, Form16, Relieving Certificate and Provident Fund.

Birlasoft Alumni Network is open to all former Birlasoft On-Roll / Full-Time Employees (FTEs) who moved out on good standing. In addition, this platform is NOT applicable to Externals, Contract associates, Students, Interns and former associates from other Birlasoft entities.

From the homepage (https://alumni.birlasoft.com/), we invite you to choose “Register” to request for registration

As part of the registration process, we would ask you to enter your previous Birlasoft credentials like Birlasoft Employee Number, Start Date (Date of Joining), End Date (Last Working Date), Job Title (Designation) and Department. On satisfactory validation of these credentials, the Alumni team would approve your registration request and you would be notified via an email. Given the huge number of Alumni registration requests, it can take up to 5 working days for your registration request to be approved.

If your registration request is approved, you will receive an email confirming your status. The email will come from contactus@birlasoft.com and we recommend you add this email address to your “approved senders” list. If your status is rejected (because you do not fulfill the eligibility criteria as indicated in the above FAQ "Can anyone join?") or we need more information to validate your credentials, you will receive a rejection email or an email requesting more information, as the case may be.

Yes, please go to “Edit Profile”, then “Account Details & password” and raise a request to the admin to delete your account. If you would like re-register in future, then you would have to follow the new user registration process steps with approval of your request.
