Please note that this is for 1.5.2 and early versions of Minecraft. It might work on 1.6 but only through the alternate directory feature if it does. I will update eventually but if any one needs it updated please respond and I will make it a priority. Haven't had any interest in it so haven't updated yet. It unfortunately is also only Windows compatible.
The Minecraft Client Changer is an easy to use Client Changer. Simply run Minecraft Client Changer.exe and double click on the client you want and that's it. The Client Changer has done it all for you. All that is left for you to do is run your Minecraft.
The Client Changer opens a GUI which displays a list of all .jar files in your .minecraft/bin directory. You can either double click on your client or click on Change Directory and find another location for the program to display.
If you choose a new directory a third button will appear which will return the window to the original directory. (.minecraft/bin)
I don't get why this isn't popular. Is there another software that does this, because if there is not I don't see why this hasn't gone viral....?
Oh, would you mind putting the signature code on your post, so I can use it?
I have not found anything like it, that is why I made it. It may be because people just use the profile option in main launcher but I find this easier. It may also be it hasn't been given enough promotion by me
Well, First of all, this is the wrong section to post this in, Second, there is another popular program to use called Minecraft Version Changer, it has support for 1.5.2 and 1.6.2 (and basically does the same thing + server downloads)

How do I move it from this to the tools then?
I see why it is popular but I prefer mine over it. Each has its pros and cons so it just comes down to personal preference
Plus I am a cracked user so I can not actually use the other version

I'm just going to ignore that last statement (remember that you will not get support on this forum).
Just contact an Admin and ask them to move it to tools

That is why I have not yet updated to 1.6
It will get there but it isn't a priority compared to my Java and C# work
I think it is possible to do using a similar program I just have not gotten around to it
*cough* *cough* VMWare *cough* *cough* Winebottler *cough*
Thanks for that
No problem, it helps me a lot. Like right now I need Windows 7 to make a texture pack. I don't really like gimp so thats why.
I am going to see if I can use AppleScript to make a version of this that does the same functions
Same as above, I might be able to get a similar version working with AppleScript
I'm just a very boring person.
Glad you like it, which version installer do you need? 1.5, 1.6 etc
