Simburbia is a custom map for Minecraft. It is a city simulator system (Sim City in Minecraft) with plot relationships, power systems, overlays, money, population, abandonment and of course disasters. 1.8.3 is required as well as a good computer. This map WILL BREAK if you can't run on render distance 10 and in fact will likely be too laggy for you to play if you don't normally play on that anyway.
As for land values, there is a button in the main menu that turns on the "Land Value Overlay" which puts the land values right on the play field which you can see on the map.

I just found this today when looking to see if it was done yet on your site, and I'm loving it! My first city got destroyed from one flood, but my second is doing very good as of now! This is really pushing Minecraft redstone to its limits! Great work as always!
I want to report a bug: after building 4 parks there is a wonder that I can build by myself, and I can bring things outside! I know containers crafted will be deleted and when click the botton to leave, the inventory will be cleared. However, if I killed myself by any means I'll be able to bring the inventory out and the survival gamemode, too. That is a serious problem. (I'm not native speaker of English, so maybe some grammar mistake)

Yes, you are right. But, jigrabov doesn't like to do things to prevent cheating. If you want to cheat he isn't going to stop you.
Straight off his website (HELP I'm not getting any build tokens)
“But Jig, you should just be able to tell when I’m breaking the rules and punish me” No. You’re not a child… well actually you might be… but seriously, if you break it that’s your own fault.
EDIT: Suggestion: Add something that explains what the government grant does. There are signs that explain the tax levy, but not the grant. At first I was confused because when I think of government grant I think of SimCity and how it taxes your monthly pay.

haha that's actually quite a clever way of bringing out items. But at that point if they're going to try to cheat like that, why don't they just change to gamemode 1 and give themselves stacks of items instead?
I have played this and can certify that it is awesome. Got my map all the way to end-game, making over 500k per month before my computer ate it such is life. Anyway now I get to start over!
One complaint: the ultra power plant materials are a little obscure. I'd prefer a little more explicit hints about how to find the items. For instance (SPOILERS):
The wisp of wind. My very first power plant was a wind plant, and I went up, down, and all around it as much as I could, and I could not find the little bugger.
Then again I am a perpetual noob so maybe I'm the only one having problems.

No there are many trying hard to find it. I don't think I'll add anymore hints, but I might make a spoiler video for those that are having trouble. It IS supposed to get hard to get after all.
I've been playing Simcity 4 and have quite liked it and hope to play the original on the SNES and Simcity 3000. And man, 60,000 command blocks! Dang that's a lot! How long did it take to make this?

1.8.3 required to play. There are a lot of command blocks in this map. Play at your own risk!
If playing on SMP ensure enable-command-block is set to true in the server.properties file!
Creation in collaboration with by rsmalec.
This is a Jigarbov Production.
Oh I realise I probably should have also linked to this video too.

Okay sure im a brony but DO YOU THINK I FLIPPIN CARE?! AM I PROUD OF IT?...Okay maybe but...DEAL WITH IT DANGIT!
That's a known 1.8 graphics bug. Nothing Jigarbov can do to fix that.

I like the map, definitely worth using instead of buying Simcity for 20$
11/5 would make Dairy Shweng a thing

You and that Dairy Shweng!

Figured it was time for a change.
