i cant change the "o" and "I" speed change controls. "I" is my inventory key

I love this plugin very much, but it's extremely glitchy. Whenever I walk into blocks above me, I spaz out and I can't move. This also means I can't crawl through 1x1 spaces and cannot slide under blocks. It's very depressing. Whenever I swim or fly and touch the ground, I litterally am standing in it. Is there any way this can be fixed? It's extremely annoying, but the animations are so brilliant. Flying and swimming are also hard to control, but it isn't as necessary to fix as these agitating bugs. I enjoy this mod, but could you please fix these glitches?

Ok so this is maybe a bad question but after i installed this mod, i noticed that my hunger bar drains faster when i sprint (minecraft sprint not the mod sprint(you got it)) then normally. Is there a way to turn it back to normal?
