FREE STANDARD SHIPPING – HOW DO I GET IT?

  • US orders over $60 get free standard shipping.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Because we want you to be able to select the perfect product type, color and size to complement each of your favorite designs, your items will be printed after you order them. Your order is hand-printed by real humans. The printing process takes 2 to 3 business days before we ship it to you. Some items will be shipped separately, and may take a bit longer due to the printing process. (For example, pillows and totes may take longer to print and will ship separately). Other items that are shipped separately include posters, mugs, stickers, and socks. All items are packaged separately to insure they arrive in good order.

WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?

Depending where you are we ship differently.

  • US standard domestic shipping takes 7 to 9 business days (2 to 3 business days for us to print by hand, plus 5 to 6 business days to get to you).
  • International shipping takes up to 20 business days (including 2 to 3 business days for us to print by hand).
  • Domestic Priority takes 4 to 6 business days (2 to 3 business days for us to print by hand, plus 2 to 3 business days to get to you).

WILL I BE RESPONSIBLE FOR EXTRA SHIPPING FEES?

Depending on your country, you may owe duties, taxes, or import fees in addition to our shipping rates, which only cover the transit cost of the products. Sorry, we can’t change your government’s laws!

WHAT SHIPPING PROVIDERS DO YOU USE?

  • DHL/USPS in the U.S.
  • DHL Internationally

WHERE CAN I FIND A TRACKING LINK?

You should have received an email with a confirmation receipt when you placed your order, and another email with a tracking link when your order was shipped. Simply click on the tracking link in that email and you will be automatically redirected to the tracking information.

If you didn’t receive a tracking confirmation, check your email spam folder. Sometimes our emails get sent to the spam folder accidentally. If it is not there, contact customer support:

  • Chat with us on Monday through Friday from 10am to 9pm EST and on Saturdays and Sundays from 1pm to 5pm EST.
  • Email anytime and we will get back to you within one business day.
  • Leave us a VoiceMail anytime and we will return your call at a time convenient for you.

WHY DOES MY TRACKING LINK SAY “UNAVAILABLE” WHEN I CLICK ON IT?

Tracking links take 1 to 2 business days to update in our shipping partner’s system, so give it some time to process. If you’ve been waiting more than 2 business days, contact our customer support at help@lookhuman.com or by clicking on “Chat” on our website during normal chat hours.

DO YOU SHIP TO MILITARY BASES?

Yes! Please note that shipping to military bases may take up to 4-6 weeks (including 2-3 business days for us to print by hand).

WHY AM I MISSING AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER?

Some items ship separately from different processing facilities, so part of your order may still be on its way. If you need specific information, please contact customer support.

WHY DIDN’T I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Oh no! If you placed an ordering shipping to the US more than 10 days ago or an international order more than 30 days ago, contact customer support via email (help@lookhuman.com) or chat (from our home page on our site) immediately and we will take care of that for you right away!

Business Orders

Shipping Policy:

Delivery Timeline: We strive to deliver your order within 8-15 business days from the date of order placement. This timeline includes processing, production, and shipping. Please note that these are business days, and weekends and holidays may extend the timeline slightly.

Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Return Policy:

Returns Accepted: We only accept returns for items that are damaged or missing upon arrival. If you receive an item that is damaged or if an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your shipment.

Return Process: To initiate a return for damaged or missing items, please email our customer service team at help@lookhuman.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos. We will provide further instructions on how to proceed.

Cancellation Policy:

Order Cancellation: Due to the nature of our wholesale program, we generally do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed. If an order cancellation is unavoidable and approved by our team, a restocking fee of up to 50% may apply.
