To increase Stamina in Palworld, upgrade your stats. You can upgrade stats each time you increase your player level. A pop-up that says “You have unused Stat Point” pops up at the bottom of the screen, letting you know. Each level up gives you one new Stat Point to use.

There’s a lot of information to parse through in Palworld, so you might not understand how to use these points. Thankfully it’s easy to access. Open the menu to the Inventory screen. Press the prompt underneath the Stats Points list on the right side. It’s the B key by default on PC, and it’s R3 by default on Xbox. You can then upgrade the following attributes:

  • HP
  • Stamina
  • Attack
  • Work Speed
  • Weight

I highly advise that you’re 100% confident in which stat you improve. You can’t respec or change where you’ve spent Skill Points after you’ve confirmed. That being said, Stamina is almost always a worthwhile choice to use points on.

How to Maintain Your Stamina

While you increase Stamina using Stat Points, another aspect affects Stamina: weight. You become over-encumbered once the weight of your inventory exceeds its limits. When this occurs, Stamina becomes meaningless; you can’t jump or climb. You can only walk around slowly. At 50 points past your weight limit, the effect is worse. You won’t be able to move at all.

Needless to say, it’s important to avoid this and make sure you put Skill Points into Stamina. Further, store items you don’t need in chests, or even discard them if need be. Split items in your inventory, too, if you need to keep some, but not all, of them. Using Stat Points to increase your weight limit also helps.

That covers how to increase nad maintain Stamina in Palworld. If you want everything to run smoothly, check out our recommendations on how to best performance settings.
