Live out your life on the sea with this week’s live challenge. We’ll join the Navy, buy our own boat, and even make a living from fishing for crabs. Luckily, you won’t contend with too much RNG this time. Here’s how to complete the Seaman Challenge in BitLife.
BitLife: How to Complete All Seaman Challenge Tasks
Here are the tasks you need to complete to get the Seaman Challenge:
- Be born a male in Alaska.
- Get an honorable discharge from the Navy.
- Become a crab fisherman.
- Purchase a boat worth $2M+.
- Sail on your boat worth $2M+ 3 or more times.
Be Born a Male in Alaska
As usual, we’ll start this challenge by creating a Custom Life. Select Male for your gender. Then, choose The United States for your country and Anchorage as your place to be born in Alaska. From here, Age Up and keep your Health stat decent by avoiding drugs and alcohol. It’s also important to avoid committing any crimes in order to enlist in the Navy. Once you graduate secondary school, go into Occupation > Enlist > Navy to join rather than go to college.
Get an Honorable Discharge from the Navy
Once you’re in the Navy, you need to stay enlisted for four years. Make sure you don’t do anything that could get you in trouble during that time period. Then, go to Job > Navy > Discharge to request and receive an honorable discharge. This completes the task.
Become a Crab Fisherman
Now that you’re out of the Navy, go to Occupation > Job Listings and look for the Greenhorn job with a crab icon. If you don’t see it, take any job in the meantime to start raising money for your boat purchase. Then, Age Up and check the listings again. Repeat this until you find the job and pass the application. Once that’s done, the task is marked complete.
Purchase a Boat Worth $2M+
First, you need a Boating License. You’ll find it in Activities > Licenses > Boating License. Take the test and pass to receive your license, then move on to actually getting a boat. Once you have a good chunk of money saved up, go to Assets > Go Shopping and select the boat dealership. As long as it costs at least $2M, it’ll complete the task, so you can choose any option with that price tag on it.
Sail on Your Boat Worth $2M+ 3 Times
Now, we reach the last task, which is also one of the easiest ones. Once you have your boat, go to Assets > Boat > Sail to take your boat out to sea. Repeat those steps at least three times, and you’ll check off the final task.
