Is There Fast Travel in LEGO Fortnite?
Unfortunately, there’s no such thing as fast travel in LEGO Fortnite. Still, players have been able to find ways to traverse the map a lot faster than simply walking.
How to Run Without Stamina Limit in LEGO Fortnite
Running is truly one of the best ways to traverse the world of the game much faster. But there’s one small nuisance that ruins the experience, and that’s the stamina limit. Every time you press the “Shift” key and start running, your stamina depletes really fast.
So, how do you keep running without the stamina limitation? Fortunately, I discovered an answer while creating a new world. Here’s what you need to do:
- Go to the “Select World” menu.
- Press the “Create New World” button.
- Confirm by pressing the “Create” button.
- Choose any free slot or delete an existing world to free up space.
- Press the “Select” button.
- Scroll through the list of options below.
- Toggle the “Stamina” option to “OFF.”
In this way, you can still keep playing in Survival Mode. But this time, your running won’t be limited by your stamina anymore.
How to Fly in LEGO Fortnite
My personal favorite way of moving quicker in LEGO Fortnite is flying. Although it’s not as fast as running, and it only works in the Sandbox Mode, flying can help you not only traverse the map faster but also see everything from above. To activate the flying mode in LEGO Fortnite, simply follow these steps:
- Repeat steps 1-5 from the list above.
- When choosing between the Survival and Sandbox modes, choose the latter one.
- Once you start the map, double-tap the jump button (“Space”) to activate the flying mode.
How to Build Flying Vehicles in LEGO Fortnite
If you love flying around the map but still wish to preserve the Survival Mode for your map, then I recommend learning how to build flying vehicles. There are many creative decisions you can find online on how to build such a vehicle, but the basics always come down to the following:
- Open your inventory and choose the “Toys” tab.
- Select the “Dynamic Foundation,” which requires only Flexwood.
- Select the “Large Thruster” next and attach it to the back of the foundation.
- Place the “Activation Switch” in the center of the foundation.
- Attach four “Small Ballons” to the four corners of the foundation while standing on top of it.
If you don’t stand on the foundation after attaching the balloons it’ll fly away, so be sure to stand on top of it. Once the foundation is up in the air, press the “F” key to interact with the switch and engage the thrusters. In this way, you’ll have your own flying vehicle, the speed of which depends on the number of thrusters. You can control the direction of the flight by removing or adding the balloons to certain corners of the foundation.
