I blocked a user you recently had interactions with (User:Leavemealone7) under UCOC 3.1 subsection "threats". Sure, we are not lawyers, but while the foundation enjoys some immunity there is still opportunity to harass editors as evidenced by a somewhat recent legal case.

What recent case?
A libel case in France. Court ordered a contributor deanonymized, but I don't know what came out of that. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Wikipedia_Signpost/2023-01-16/In_the_media Apparently section 230 of the Federal Communications Decency Act (CDA) protects Wikipedia from libel lawsuits, but contributors don't enjoy those same protections.
