Group Research & Development Centre is based in the UK. Our 300 scientists undertake research in a broad spectrum of scientific fields including molecular biology, toxicology, analytical smoke chemistry and tobacco biotechnology. Our current research focuses on developing less harmful tobacco products and the science needed to assess them and considers both combustible product and smokeless tobacco.
