You should upload every single pack to mediafire, register to publisher.linkvertise(dot)com and start uploading your packs to mcpedl! (While also keep uploading here)

If you go to submissions, then "edit" the denied submission, You get an admin message saying why it was denied (yeah it's not easy to notice)
