This is a CIT (Custom Item Texture) pack, featuring kitsune masks inspired by Japanese festival masks! This pack is only available in Java Edition, and CIT's will only display when optifine is in use.

This pack requires optifine!

Works for 1.14+!


This pack includes 12 wearable CIT models and 2 item frame models.

To be able to obtain the models in this pack, place a carved pumpkin into an anvil, and rename it to Fox Mask (insert letter). For example, renaming a carved pumpkin to Fox Mask A will give you a mask that places itself on the back of the player model's head.

All mask variants and their according letter are displayed in the images gallery!

All mask variants have the same display in item frames. When placed into item frames, the mask will be leaning against the item frame.


Please do not reuse or modify my models, unless you are given permission to!

Additionally, please refrain from uploading this pack to other websites. I cannot guarantee the safety of any download that hasn't been provided here.

I tried this in 1.20.4 and the F variants of both the dark and regular fox masks is a little messed up. it looks like the nose goes inward because the textures are on the inside.

I'm not sure if this pack is actually supported in 1.20, unfortunately. There were some changes with how CITs are textured in the newer versions, resulting in this kind of issue. My apologies :,) Updating the pack would remove functionality for all versions below 1.20/1.19(?)

Also it would be super awsome if you made a ichigo mask. you don't have to do it but i think the stuff you create is amazing and i would love to see what it would look like if you made something like that

im sorry i just looked and the optifine i had installed was a pre releace and i think it might have been the problem

will this ever be updated for 1.19.3 along with your other genshin packs? now that 1.19.3 has a released optifine version it should be possible to fix the broken textures.

Optifine's 1.19.3 pre3 version does not currently support CIT models. If you'd like to use the models before Optifine releases an official version, I'd recommend using alternate CIT-loading modifications.

hi umm so when i rename, it stays as a carved pumpkin and im not sure why :( on 1.19 with optifine and optifabric
